Social and Economic Issues

During 1994-2015, the CESS team in collaboration with research teams from other countries has conducted several social and economic studies related to the privatization and restructuration of state owned enterprises, poverty and social capital in Albania, tourism development, protection of environment etc. Some of these projects are analysed also from a regional approach or compared to analogue processes in other transition countries.

Luan Shahollari

Eriselda Danaj is a research assistant for the Department of Business Administration at University of Delaware, USA. Her background is inter-disciplinary and cross-cultural: Finance and Accounting (BSc, University of Tirana, Albania), Quantitative Finance (MSc, Distinction, University of Siena/University of Ljubljana, Italy-Slovenia), Financial Services Analytics (MS, Institute for Financial Services Analytics, USA), and International Business & Statistics (MS&Graduate Certificate, University of Delaware, USA).

She has extensive research experience in consumer behavior and financial services. Her research interests fall within the behavioral decision-making in developing countries and business ethics in emerging economies.
